Tracy Mroz, PhD, OTR/L is an Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington and an Investigator with the WWAMI Rural Health Research Center and the Center for Health Workforce Studies at the University of Washington. She is an occupational therapist and health services researcher whose research agenda focuses on the impact of policy and delivery systems on access to and quality of post-acute care, with an emphasis on home health care and care provided in rural communities.
