Lovisa Hellgren is the process manager of Other Acquired Brain Injuries in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Ryhov County Hospital in Jönköping, Sweden. The last fifteen years she has worked as a clinical neuropsychologist, meeting patients during their rehabilitation following acquired brain injuries with a variety of causes, starting in the early phase following injury and all the way through cognitive rehabilitation to rehabilitation aiming to resume occupational activities. She has led the work of developing cognitive rehabilitation in the department, educating and tutoring teammembers towards an evidencebased teamapproach to cognitive rehabilitation. Her research as a pHD-student started focusing on cognitive rehabilitation and mental fatigue following acquired brain injury. Since the start of the covid-19-pandemic her research has centered on persisting postcovid problems affecting the patients everyday life.
