Claudine Auger is an associate professor at the Université de Montréal and Scientific co-director of the Centre de recherche interdisciplinaire en réadaptation du Montréal métropolitain (CRIR). Her laboratory is located at the Institut universitaire sur la déficience physique de Montréal (IURDPM) of CIUSSS Centre-Sud-de-l'Ile-de-Montréal. She leads a pan-Canadian research program that uses health informatics to improve the adoption, monitoring and training of assistive technology, for users and their caregivers. She is co-principal investigator on the BRILLIANT initiative, a digital health infrastructure for the rehabilitation of people with acquired brain injuries. Using participatory, user-centered methodologies, she develops partnerships with clinical, community and private partners in Canada and overseas. She sits on national and international committees related to this research theme.
