I am an Assistant Professor and a Clinican- Research Scientist in the Department of Physical Therapy &
Human Movement Sciences, Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. I am the Principal
Investigator of the Musculoskeletal Biomotion Research Laboratory. Inspired by my
clinical work, the goal of my research is to optimize treatment outcomes and health of individuals with upper
extremity musculoskeletal disorders. My research seeks to characterize the biomechanical and
neuromuscular mechanisms, underlying anatomical disease structure, and potential interactions as a means to
evaluate treatment efficacy and develop innovative treatments to optimize patient function.
