Susan has over 30 years of professional rehabilitation experience and prior to her current role served as Director of Research & Outcomes and Director of Quality & Patient Safety. Susan has over 100 platform and podium presentations at national meetings and has numerous publications including books chapters and peer reviewed articles on topics related to rehabilitation. She is a fellow of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a board recognized swallowing disorder specialist.
