Michelle Wilson, MOT, OTR/L is an occupational therapist working inpatient rehabilitation at Northwestern Medicine's Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital focusing on rehabilitation of individuals admitted with neurological conditions. She completed her Bachelors at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign conducting research through the Exercise Oncology Lab, and continued onto Midwestern University for her Masters in Occupational Therapy. She has been working at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital since April of 2019, completing training on multiple technologies including the Armeo Power, Bioness H200, BITS, and the REAL virtual reality system. Her research interests include the use of technologies in adjunct to traditional therapies to maximize patients level of functioning and therapeutic outcomes.
