Dr. Eugene Chang is a member of the College of Physicians of Ontario. He is a licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. After residency, Dr. Chang completed additional fellowship training in Cancer Rehabilitation at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. He also completed a Master’s of Science in Community Health from University of Toronto in 2018. Dr. Chang currently holds a full-time clinical appointment at the University Health Network, Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, a University of Toronto Teaching and Research Hospital, and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. He works in the Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cancer Rehabilitation programs at these institutions. Dr. Chang also hold a full-time academic appointment as an Assistant Professor through the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto.
