Dr. Heather Hayes (she/her) is a physical therapist focused on improving outcomes for individuals post-stroke across the continuum of care. She is primarily interested in the differences in post-acute care facility placement (Inpatient rehabilitation facility and skilled nursing facility). My long term goal is to aid clinicians in the decision making about the most appropriate discharge placement that is cost effective and provides the most value.
