Julius (Jules) Dewald, PT, PhD is Chair of the Department of Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences, Feinberg School of Medicine, as well as a professor in Biomedical Engineering, McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. In addition to his own active research on device development and brain plasticity following unilateral brain injury in children and adults, he is the PI on a NIH-T32 training grant and on an Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Engineering K12 NIH training program. He has a record of more than 25 years of continuous NIH research funding.
