Annette M. Zaharoff MD graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Michigan. Dr. Zaharoff completed her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas, followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship in 1987.
Dr. Zaharoff is president of the International Association for Regenerative Therapy (IART), the professional membership organization that does educational training and professional development for physicians.
She also is on the board of directors with the Hackett Hemwall Patterson Foundation, which is a service and educational organization that provides state of the art training in prolotherapy regenerative injections.
