My name is Andrea Bultema and I am a recent graduate of the Governors State University Doctor of Physical Therapy program in May 2022. I currently work in a Hospital Outpatient facility in NorthWest Indiana. I enjoy working with patients with vestibular and neurological conditions to improve their quality of life and functional ability.
