She serves as the project manager for a Rehabilitation Research and Training Center for Employment of People with Physical Disabilities. She has over twenty years of experience working in vocational rehabilitation with people with physical disabilities and over ten years of experience working in human resources and project management. Experience also includes working with brain injury community re-entry rehabilitation and residential programs for developmental disabilities.
