Ruthine is in her fourth year of undergrad at the University of British Columbia completing a BSc in Behavioural Neuroscience. She is a research assistant in an Occupational Therapy lab and has been involved in various projects exploring life after brain injury, with particular emphasis on the role of self-awareness and self-identity in rehabilitation. Ruthine's academic presenting experience includes doing a poster presentation at the Multidisciplinary Undergraduate Research Conference and delivering in-service sessions to Occupational Therapists at a rehabilitation centre in British Columbia, Canada.
