Devin Cutlip (OTR/L, OTD, CBIS) is the Occupational Therapy Clinical Leader on the Stroke Unit at Sheltering Arms Institute (Inpatient rehabilitation hospital). Cutlip graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2020 with a doctorate in occupational therapy. Since joining SAI, she has served patients on the brain injury and stroke units. She works closely with SAI's Upper Extremity Recovery Specialist to provide innovative therapy services and develop new programming to optimize patient outcomes, including the facility's first shoulder subluxation stimulation protocol. She also serves as a fieldwork educator, new-hire mentor, and technology specialist.
