Amanda Carmichael is a student in the Ph.D. Nursing Program at Umass Lowell. She is a nurse with a background in medical-surgical and acute care nursing. She also has experience educating future nurses at both the LPN, ASN, and BSN levels. Currently, she is working with a research team at Umass Lowell to examine potential implicit bias in healthcare professionals and pediatric TBI outcomes.
