Rylee Holek is a senior biology student at Central Michigan University. In August of 2023, she will begin Medical School at Central Michigan University College of Medicine. She currently serves as the Student Coordinator for the Otago Fall Prevention Program at Central Michigan University College of Medicine. Under Dr. Jyotsna Pandey, she facilitates group exercise classes for older adults in the local Mt Pleasant community and studies the effectiveness of the evidence-based Otago Exercise Program on rural-dwelling seniors. She is interested in geriatric medicine and advocating for underrepresented groups in medicine.
