Alexis Petteway is an Occupational Therapist working at UNC Health in Acute Care. She primarily covers on the oncology floors. She received a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC-CH, and received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from UNC-CH. She received her Physiological Oncology Rehabilitation institute (PORi) certification in the foundations course, and breast cancer rehabilitation course. She is interested in expanding her knowledge about occupational therapy's unique role in the field of oncology, and how to continue to provide person-centered, and occupation-based care.
