Madison is a pre-doctoral student in the Rehabilitation Sciences Graduate Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her present tasks and research involvement include working with a virtual community of individuals with physical or mobility disabilities. Prior to her role as a Graduate Student, Madison worked as a full-time Research Assistant at the UAB/Lakeshore Research Collaborative, where her efforts focused on individuals with spinal cord injury and tele-health assessments. While at Lakeshore Foundation, Madison also participated in sports science endeavors working with Paralympic athletes. She received her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Health Sciences from Samford University in May of 2019. During her personal time, Madison enjoys spending time with family, exploring the nature scene in Birmingham, and continuing her involvement in health-related fields of study.
