Presentation Title: Atalante, Changing the Exoskeleton Paradigm
We are excited to invite you to a live demonstration of the Atalante X self-balancing exoskeleton. We have changed the paradigm with the next generation of exoskeleton, engineered to mimic the human walk, through 12 actuated degrees of freedom and state-of-the-art dynamic walk algorithms. Atalante X enables patients with severe gait impairment including those with upper extremity dysfunction, to stand up and walk hands-free.
Learning Objectives:
Work with more complex patients including those with upper extremity complications. Our initial indication in the US will be for stroke (FDA clearance pending) and we will expand on the indications over time.
The hands-free technology allows you to work on active balance, core strengthening, many creative therapeutic exercises, and ADLs.
The Atalante is the only exoskeleton that can make tight turns in either direction, crouch, sway, sidestep and back step
