Devan Parrott is the Director of the Research, Training, and Outcome Center (RTOC) for Brain Injury and Biostatistician at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana’s comprehensive outpatient Northwest Brain Injury Center (NBIC). She received her doctoral degree in Biomedical Informatics from Rutgers University with an emphasis on predictive modeling and biostatistics, a Master’s Degree from Purdue University in Applied Statistics and a Master’s Degree from Arizona State University in Clinical Research. She is responsible for overseeing program evaluation, quality assurance, and fidelity models across several programs and departments at NBIC including Resource Facilitation and Neuropsychology. Her role in the RTOC for Brain Injury involves developing translational research study designs, analyzing study results, implementing successful findings, and monitoring quality and outcomes over time through program evaluation and patient follow-up. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Indiana University School of Medicine and an active member of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine and the American Statistical Association. She has authored several referenced publications and presented brain injury research results to national and international audiences.
