Emily J. Morgan, MS, OTRL, CSRS, CBIS, LSVT BIG and PWR! Certified, RPSFC in NDT is an occupational therapist with 16 years of experience practicing in outpatient rehabilitation neurological care. Expertise includes upper extremity motor recovery and advanced technology in patient populations such as stroke, brain injury, and Parkinson’s disease.
In early 2022, she joined Neurolution's growing team as Clinical Relations Manager. Emily is pleased to work collaboratively with stroke survivors and medical professionals to meet shared goals of improving function and restoring lives after stroke. As Clinical Relations Manager, her expertise can be utilized to share the value of Neurolution's products and services, provide education and on-site/remote clinical training, and assist the process of consideration, candidacy, and use of the device to ensure satisfaction and positive outcomes.
Previous to a career change to the medical device industry, Emily served as lead occupational therapist and rehabilitation manager at a neurological and specialty outpatient rehabilitation center in Grand Blanc, MI (Ascension Genesys Ambulatory Therapy).
A strong advocate of evidenced-based practice, knowledge translation, and servant leadership, Emily was awarded the Michigan Occupational Therapy Association's (MiOTA) Master Clinician Award in 2021.
In addition to her passion and expertise within neurological clinical practice and the medical device industry, Emily is approaching nearly two decades of involvement in academic partnership, classroom instruction, and student mentorship. She is a community partner, student Capstone Project mentor, and serves on multiple advisory boards for collegiate educational programs in occupational therapy.
