This presentation will introduce the development of a new app-based just-in-time-behavioral intervention (JITAI) focused on fostering self-care among care partners of persons with spinal cord injury (SCI), Huntington disease (HD), and hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). In addition, we will present results from a recently completed feasibility and acceptability trial in this same population.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, the participant will be able to describe the main main components of just-in-time adaptive interventions.
Upon completion, the participant will have a general understanding of the feasibility and acceptability of an intensive study design in diverse caregiver populations.
Upon completion, the participant will be able to describe the key components of the CareQOL app.
