The use of telehealth to deliver occupational therapy (OT) services has rapidly expanded across settings as a result of COVID-19. We developed the PACE Framework for measurement and evaluation of occupational therapy services delivered through telehealth. Drawing from existing frameworks of telehealth measurement, we proposed four domains with measurable sub-domains, and examples of outcome measures in occupational therapy: (1) Population and Health Outcomes; (2) Access for All Clients; (3) Costs and Cost Effectiveness; and (4) Experiences of Clients and Providers.
Learning Objectives:
Describe the four components of the PACE Framework
Identify and apply the PACE Framework to clinical practice and/or research
Select at least 2 measurement tools that are appropriate for assessing telehealth outcomes
