Lower limb eccentric control to balance recovery

Learning Objectives:

Describe the functional role of eccentric control of the knee extensor during balance recovery
Upon completion, participant will be able to know age-related differences in eccentric control of the knee during single limb support.
Differentiate knee eccentric control during balance recovery between young and older adults and interpret their effects on fall recovery
