Although outcomes data may offer opportunities for driving decision-making in rehabilitation, there are multiple barriers to harnessing medical record data for this purpose (Enticott et al., 2021). In this presentation we review the development of the Ability Quotient, a novel metric to track patient progress and predict performance in the domains of self-care (Bodine et al., 2021), mobility (Deom et al. 2021), and cognitive-communication; describe it’s clinical implementation using a data dashboard; and present outcomes from pre- to post- clinical implementation.
