Physician and clinician wellness has worsened due to the stressors related to the COVID pandemic and staffing shortages. Threats to physician and clinician wellness have been an area of study using the terms burnout and moral injury more recently. Amidst ongoing staffing shortages, a recent JAMA study revealed 1 in 5 physicians intends to leave practice in the next three years and predicts the “great clinician resignation” may lie ahead. Members of the Physician Clinician Networking Group (PCNG) and ACRM at large may be affected by these trends. In this open symposium, after a brief presentation on the topic, we will open the floor for the audience to discuss their experiences with a panel of PCNG leaders
