This symposium is part 2 of a 2 part symposium addressing spasticity management. Part 2 will highlight the nuances of medical, pharmacological and rehabilitation interventions for spasticity specific to DoC. An interdisciplinary team approach to spasticity management and problem-solving will be emphasized in addition with how to integrate interdisciplinary spasticity management into daily practice. This course will address various spasticity physical manifestations in the upper and lower extremities. Current evidence will be disseminated related to pharmacological and rehabilitation treatment interventions across the continuum of care. Attendees will come away from this symposium with a greater clinical knowledge and skill set related to spasticity management with the DoC population. This symposium is appropriate for experienced physicians, nurses, residents, physical and occupational therapists providing clinical care to the DoC patient.

• Identify Medical and Pharmacological Management of Spasticity in DoC
• Analyze rehabilitation and medical strategies to address upper extremity spasticity.
• Analyze rehabilitation and medical strategies to address lower extremity spasticity.
• Describe interdisciplinary clinical intervention for spasticity management in DoC.
