IC12: Hands on Implementation of Value Based Telehealth Services across Patient Populations

This session will provide an overview of telehealth service-delivery models, best practice guiding principles, benefits, barriers, and the essential steps to implementing telehealth services. The session will also provide examples and case studies of assessments and interventions implemented using telehealth utilizing a 10-step approach. Case studies will vary across various populations in which the audience members will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge learned to plan intervention strategies using telehealth for hypothetical clients. The session will also briefly discuss reimbursement relevant to coding and billing for telehealth services.
