Ms. Zlatkus has been the Practice Manager for Chester County Rheumatology in West Chester, Pennsylvania for the past 25 years. Ms. Zlatkus is responsible for all aspects of the practice, including Human Resources, Infusion Services, Drug Purchasing, Inventory Management, Benefit Investigation as well as the Prior Authorization process. Chester County Rheumatology’s staff is comprised of strong patient advocates who fight for our physicians and patients’ treatment choice and assist our patients on all aspects of insurance education and affordability.
Ms. Zlatkus is the current Executive Director of NORM (National Organization of Rheumatology Management) and Past President of the organization. Andrea continues to be active in supporting patient advocacy and has worked with NICA on many advocacy issues. Ms. Zlatkus is a certified Practice Manager, certified Rheumatology Management Specialist, certified Rheumatology Coder, and trained in Lean in Healthcare.
