Stephanie Aleite is a patient advocate with 9 years of experience consulting for Big Pharma in areas related to clinical research, marketing, and pharma-funded patient resources. Currently, she serves on the Global Healthy Living Foundation’s Board of Patient Governors which guides research interests on musculoskeletal diseases in addition to her role as a Psychotherapy Intern and Mental/Behavioral Health Fellow at Banyan Health Systems. Her previous roles consisted of research assistantships at Florida International University in the department of cognitive neuroscience and the Research Center in Minority Institutions (RCMI) researching HIV. Stephanie is also the author of the blog, The Young Face of Arthritis— a personal narrative discussing her journey with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Stephanie is currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Social Work.
