My name is Ana Bento da Silva and I am a rheumatology resident at Hospital de Egas Moniz, Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental, Lisbon, Portugal. I am also a research collaborator at Rheumatological Diseases Lab, Chronic Diseases Research Center (CEDOC), NOVA Medical School and a volunteer teacher at NOVA Medical School, Lisbon, Portugal. Since early, I had a great interest for clinical research and I have participated in various projects over the years in parallel with my hospital-based work. Nowadays, I am mostly focused in the area of Spondyloarthritis. I hope to improve my knowledge and skills, so I can aspire to pursue a clinical research career.
