Ozlem Pala, MD, MSPH, Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, leads patient care, teaching, and research activities in Rheumatology.
Dr. Pala is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at Mount Sinai Icahn Medical School Englewood Program in 2005 and Rheumatology fellowship at Albany Medical Center in 2007. She is a practicing rheumatologist at the University of Miami since 2010 and served as site PI for the CorEvitas (also known as Corrona) RA registry between 2011-2021. She recently completed her MSPH training and currently working on pilot project to assess effectiveness of stress management techniques on rheumatology patients.
