Dr. Rebecca Pietro is a current chief resident of the Icahn School of Medicine’s Mount Sinai Morningside/West Internal Medicine Residency Program. She is originally from New York and obtained her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Virginia Campus. Her academic interests are dermatomyositis, SLE, and medical education. After residency, she has plans to apply to rheumatology. In her free time, Dr. Pietro enjoys cooking italian dishes and exploring the city with her family and friends.
