Pamela Weiss, MD MSCE completed her undergraduate studies at Princeton University (Princeton, NJ), medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY), pediatrics residency and rheumatology fellowship training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP; Philadelphia, PA). She has a master’s of science in clinical epidemiology from UPENN. Pam is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Epidemiology at the Perelman School of Medicine, an Attending and Clinical Research Director in the Division of Rheumatology at CHOP, and Scientific Director-Elect of the Pediatric Rheumatology Collaborative Study Group.
Pam’s research focus is on the early diagnosis, accurate phenotyping and targeted treatment of children with spondyloarthritis (SpA). She has over a decade of experience leading clinical research endeavors, including multicenter research and research involving international collaborations.
