Kaitlin Schultz graduated in 2021 with a B.A. from Columbia University, majoring in Neuroscience and Behavior. Since then, she has worked as a clinical research coordinator for the Scleroderma, Vasculitis, and Myositis Center at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Before HSS, she worked both as a Behavior Technician for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and as a Psychology Outreach and Administrative Research Intern for the National Alliance for Eating Disorders. Kaitlin was on the Division I Varsity Volleyball Program at Columbia University.
