Chanhyuk “Chris” Park received a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cellular Biology with Emphasis in Immunology from University of California, Berkeley in 2015. Chris worked at University of California, San Francisco as a research associate at Werb Lab during his undergraduate years investigating tumor microenvironment in breast cancer while earning his degree. After graduation he worked as a staff research associate at Fong Lab at University of California, San Francisco working on various immunotherapy projects before moving on work at Unity Biotechnology. He joined MCB in Fall 2019. Chris’s research interests include the role of immune system in progression of various diseases including systemic sclerosis and harnessing the knowledge as well as the immune system for therapeutic purposes.
