Marcus is a graduate of Wake Forest University (B.S. Biology) and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (M.D.). He completed residency in Medicine/Pediatrics and fellowship in Adult Rheumatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He practices clinical rheumatology in Omaha with Nebraska Medicine and the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He spends most of his time seeing patients but does have a special interest in scleroderma and capillaroscopy. He currently serves as the Chair of the Committee on Rheumatologic Care (CORC) and is the president of the Nebraska Rheumatology Society.
