Recently published evidence demonstrates the clinical utility of the AVISE Lupus test for the differential diagnosis of SLE as compared to a conventional antibody testing approach. The CAPSTONE study leveraged real world data from electronic health records in a data registry containing data from over 300 rheumatology providers with approximately 22,000 AVISE Lupus tested patients and approximately 23,000 traditional ANA testing strategy (tANA) patients. A subset of patients were linked to insurance claims enabling a holistic analysis of diagnostic, treatment initiation, and economic outcomes among patients undergoing advanced SLE diagnostic testing.
