The goals of this session are to give an overview to the rheumatology community of the technologies and major findings used in the first round of investigation by the AMP network and the plans for the new round of AMP studies. There will be an overview of how to manage large patient cohorts and samples for high throughput technologies, development of new approaches to data analysis, major discoveries, and roads to translation to mechanism-based studies.

Learn about management and integration of clinical datasets and high throughput studies of tissues
Understand how new statistical tools were developed to handle the large AMP datasets
