This session will summarize the major findings of the AMP network, integrating data from both RA and SLE to address both general and disease specific disease mechanisms.

Learning Objectives:

Understand the scope of B-cell infiltrates in autoimmune tissues and their possible functions
Learn how AMP data can be integrated with in vitro and data mining studies for mechanism based insights into the function of tissue myeloid cells
Review the potential role of NK cells and T-cells in tissue damage in RA and SLE
