Recent advances in omic technologies, such as next-generation sequencing, single-cell analysis, and high-resolution imaging, provide us with new insights into immune-mediated pathology. In this session, scientists from the Japan College of Rheumatology (JCR) will present the latest integrative analysis of trans-omics technologies in rheumatic diseases. This session also aims to foster academic and clinical collaboration between the ACR and the JCR.

Learning Objectives:

Translate basic research activities into clinical rheumatology by utilizing the latest trans-omics technologies
Synthesize multiple omics technologies (transcriptome, single cell technology, high resolution imaging) to interpret biology of rheumatic diseases
Coordinate collaboration network across rheumatology communities, mostly between American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and Japan College of Rheumatology (JCR)
