Maintaining an active lifestyle is key to self-care in people with arthritis, but for some, introducing physical activity in their daily lives is not a simple process. We all have 24 hours in our day and what we each do with that time will differ. Hence, a tailored approach that considers values, priorities, and routines is required. In this session, the panelists will discuss how to promote and support people with arthritis to maintain a healthy 24-hour day with a balance of activity, rest, and sleep.
