In this session, expert leaders will explore the latest in compliance guidance and enforcement activities as related to the Stark Law, the anti-kickback statute, the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (ERKA), and the False Claims Act for 2022, with a focus on changes to the Stark Law "group practice" definitions that went into effect in 2022.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to identify key compliance issues in 2022 for healthcare stakeholders (physicians, advanced practice providers, labs, imaging, and others)
Participants will be able to review and discuss the four key healthcare compliance laws (Stark Law, anti-kickback statute, EKRA, and the False Claims Act)
Participants will be able to identify whether their group practice is in compliance with changes in Stark Law which went into effect in 2022
