Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease that affects multiple organ systems. Cardiac involvement is an important cause of mortality in patients with SSc, and esophageal disease results in high morbidity in this population. This session will review the presentation, evaluation, and treatment of cardiac disease and esophageal disease in SSc.
