Pamela Doti (MD) is an internist trained at Hospital Clínic of Barcelona with postgraduate specific training in Autoimmune Diseases at Universitat de Barcelona (Spain). She complemented the training doing an observership in Kellgren Centre for Rheumatology at Central Manchester University Hospital (United Kingdom). Nowadays doing a research project about mortality prognostic factors in patients with autoimmune diseases admitted to intensive care unit and another one in antiphospholipid syndrome. Dr. Doti has 4-year history of clinical and research activity in the Department of Autoimmune Diseases and Muscle Research Unit both at Hospital Clínic in Barcelona. She was also trained in order to perform muscle, sural nerve and temporal artery biopses. Dr.Doti makes also clinical research and has 9 articles published and made a lot of international courses and has attended numerous international scientific meetings about Internal Medicine and Autoimmune Diseases. Nowadays working at the Medical Intensive Care Unit and Internal Medicine Department of hospital Clínic in Barcelona.
