I am a rheumatologist and researcher. My research focuses on the molecular and clinical consequences of lifestyle behaviors among people with systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. My research leverages transcriptomics and longitudinal cohort data to understand the effects of psychological stress, physical activity, and stress resilience interventions on inflammatory pathways and disease outcomes in the context of chronic immune-mediated inflammatory disease.
