Dr. Benjamin is a resident physician at Louisiana State University, Shreveport. She completed her undergraduate education at Florida International University in Miami, FL. Upon completion of her undergraduate Biology degree. Dr. Benjamin returned to the island where she was raised, Antigua, to complete her medical education at American University of Antigua. She wishes to pursue a career in Rheumatology with special focus in Immunology. Her current research is reflective of these interests. Upon completion of her post-graduate education. Dr. Benjamin intends to continue practicing in underserved communities, like that in which she was raised.
