Thomas A. Ullman, MD, FACG, is Professor of Gastroenterology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Ullman received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and trained in Internal Medicine at the New York Hospital followed by a GI Fellowship at Yale University. His clinical areas of focus include Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, other IBD care, and colorectal cancer screening. A Fellow ofthe American College of Gastroenterology and a dedicated patient advocate and clinician, Dr. Ullman has been named a New York Magazine’s "Top Doctor" 9 times since 2011. Dr. Ullman counts among his greatest achievements gaining the trust of hundreds of IBD patients; contributing to the clinical science journey of the IBD community; and helping to launch quality-measure assessment in IBD through his work as Chair of the Professional Education Committee of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
