Clinical lead overseeing the development and implementation of clinical competencies for the staff department within an inpatient/outpatient setting. Role is to promote growth/development within the staff providing guidance and knowledge to assist with treatment. Presented at continuing education courses on topics related to torticollis, cerebral palsy, kinesiotaping, and orthopedic injuries. Published research on gait and shoe wear in early walkers. Currently, my role is Clinical lead on the Rehab Informatics team to address pediatric related IT and EMR initiatives. Physical therapist for 20 years in a multitude of settings including hospital, school, home care, outpatient clinic.
