Emily has been a pediatric physical therapist for seven years. She received her BS from Florida State University and DPT from University of Colorado's Anschutz Medical Campus. She is employed with Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, Florida and serves on the pediatric leadership team. Emily firmly believes in disability justice, accessibility, and advocacy for people of all abilities and advocates for a stronger and more diverse physical therapy work force. In addition to her passion for physical therapy, Emily volunteers as a mentor to children with disabilities, enjoys competing in road races and triathlons, and is a proud wife and mother.
